Contamination of Lake Titicaca

Summary
The present essay was written to make the reader aware that at some point they clarify some of their doubts about the contamination of some of the most famous lakes in America, Lake Titicaca, since they often do not have the knowledge appropriate to the Improvement of the same, this being a problem that often affects us, since without this knowledge we can misinform ourselves and we can even transmit those bad lessons to third parties if we do not make any changes. The words pollution, environment and natural resources are constantly mentioned in everyday life and in the media. Both concepts are linked to very important situations of human relations and the life of any individual. However today all the information that is provided to us in one way or another is no longer as true as before, since many do not know what they are talking about, besides there are concepts that are considered very important for development Integral of the person and to achieve a healthy coexistence with the environment that surrounds it; As well as to correctly identify their benefits and alterations that can result in overexploitation if their use is not well known. Being able to develop an own idea in this respect to issue a personal opinion in which a duly substantiated opinion is expressed, it is important for any public that is interested on the subject and that wants to come to reflect on the contamination and everything that is linked with this matter. Starting from the idea that tells us that the water of Lake Titicaca severely affects the nearby communities, this being a problem in agriculture and livestock, solving this by reaching an agreement with neighboring companies, so that the waste is not discarded In this lake; What are the future threats of pollution in this lake if no action is taken?

Development
On our planet there are many natural resources, "these are raw materials, materials or components that occur naturally in the environment." (Ánonimo, S / A). It is possible to find several classifications of natural resources, but the most common are renewable and nonrenewable resources, "Renewal refers to nature's ability to regenerate resources by itself; The formation of non-renewable resources lasts longer; In some the process can happen for thousands or millions of years. "(Ánonimo, S / A). The most important renewable natural resource we will talk about is water, the vital liquid composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.
The environment is a system formed by natural and artificial elements that are interrelated and that are modified by the action of the human being.
The environment is the set of physical, chemical, biological components of people or of society as a whole. It comprises the set of natural, social and cultural values existing in a place and at a given moment that influence the life of the human being and future generations (Marimar, 2016).
Pollution is an issue that is completely related to natural resources and the environment, because due to the pollution that "is that alteration in the environment that can cause damage to an ecosystem, the physical environment or living things . "(Twenergy, S / A).
Pollution severely affects every individual who is in contact with it, currently 2 of the largest and important natural resources are being heavily affected, these are water and air, although there are some movements to take care of these resources , There are still no solutions for certain parts, such as Lake Titicaca, the largest and most important in South America.
In the region of Puno, between Bolivia and Peru, lies the famous and beautiful Lake Titicaca, but for the surrounding inhabitants, it is no longer so beautiful, due to the serious pollution it has suffered through the years, due to Factories that are connected to the lake and that they discard all the garbage they produce, this is a big problem for the inhabitants, "60% of El Alto's 130 factories operate illegally and their pollution levels are not regulated, says The Ministry of the Environment of Bolivia. Mining activity aggravates things. "(El Comercio, 2015).
Reports by the Binational Authority of Lake Titicaca said that the pollution is at a very high level, and this causes that,
More than 18,000 families of fishermen and farmers, who fish in Lake Titicaca and sow on their shores can not recover in their economy since a campaign, which realized that as a result of the contamination of lake waters, the Fish species became unfit for human consumption because they would have been infected by bugs and VIRUS. (Mass).
Villagers are also worrying about one of the most important species for them, the giant frog of Titicaca, because due to contamination hundreds of frogs have surfaced, but dead, this is a problem since they are in a Great danger of extinction, "If the frogs spoke, they would say," This is killing me. "- Maruja Inquilla, an environmental activist, made an act of protest at the house of the Governor of the Puno region with plastic bags full of corpses Of frogs. "(Nodal NEWS OF LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN, 2017).
In order to resolve the contamination of Lake Titicaca, which requires permanent solutions, it is necessary for Bolivia and Peru to sign agreements to solve the problem of diversion to Tacna from the Maure River (Peru) or the Mauri River (Bolivia).

conclusion
To conclude this research work that was carried out to raise awareness about the serious problem of contamination of Lake Titicaca, the different ways in which it is being damaged and the problem it causes to the population and to the endemic species of this zone; And providing a timely and expected solution between the two governments. Once I read and analyzed the various sources and after having known concepts and definitions that leads to the knowledge of the contamination of this lake, I can create a proper criterion that allows me to favor an opinion on the subject treated previously and; In the idea put forward at the beginning of this text, a possible solution is mentioned that tells us that an agreement can be reached with the surrounding companies, so that the waste is not disposed of in this lake, and likewise we return to the idea raised to the The end of our development, which tells us that in order to solve the contamination of Lake Titicaca, which requires permanent solutions, it is necessary for Bolivia and Peru to sign agreements to solve the problem of diversion to Tacna from the Maure River (Peru) or Mauri River (Bolivia) . In order to finish this work, I would like to reflect on the subject, Lake Titicaca is one of the most important water bodies in South America, not only because it is a body of water, but also because it is a sacred place for The region of Puno, and it is not possible that the high entrepreneurs only to have all the money that they want, they have to destroy the patrimonies and the life of the people who got to put in that position of entrepreneur, that is why it is necessary But not only in such a majestic place, but also in small streams, rivers, dams, etc., since if we do not take care of this resource that is vital for life, the human, animal and plant species do not Will survive for a long time.
